By accessing babaje (the "Platform"), creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

babaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on babaje. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. babaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player may hold only one registered account on babaje. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. babaje may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them upon discovery of duplicate registrations.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your account details current. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. babaje will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify babaje support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.5 Geographic Responsibility. babaje is directed at players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your location. babaje makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

3.1 Supported Methods. babaje accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Available methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits may change and are displayed at the point of transaction.

3.2 Currency. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via USDT are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. babaje is not responsible for any exchange-rate fluctuations that affect the BDT equivalent of a USDT deposit.

3.3 Minimum Deposit. The standard minimum deposit is ৳200. babaje may apply different minimums for specific payment methods or promotional periods; the applicable minimum will be displayed at checkout.

3.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members, are prohibited. babaje reserves the right to request proof of account ownership before processing any withdrawal.

3.5 No Interest. babaje does not pay interest on any credit balance held in your account. Funds deposited into your babaje wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not constitute a banking deposit or investment.

4.1 Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. babaje targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for other methods may vary.

4.2 Verification Requirements. babaje may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your National ID Card (NID), a selfie holding the NID, and proof of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested may result in the withdrawal being delayed or declined.

4.3 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. Where this is not technically possible, babaje will work with you to identify a suitable alternative, subject to verification of ownership.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.

4.5 Withholding. babaje reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of a disputed transaction.

5.1 General. babaje offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL specials). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds typically cannot be used for sports betting unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Abuse. babaje reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

5.4 Withdrawal of Offers. babaje may withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any entitlement already confirmed to a player's account in good faith will be honoured subject to these Terms.

6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on babaje are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Sports betting odds are set by babaje and may be changed at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the odds are fixed for that bet except in circumstances set out in the relevant sport's rules (for example, a postponed match or an abandoned event).

6.2 Settled Bets. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket, the result as confirmed by the ICC or the relevant board (BCB, BCCI, etc.) will be used. babaje's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction, babaje reserves the right to void any bet placed during the affected period and to return stakes to the relevant accounts. babaje is not liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from such a void.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. babaje may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or in aggregate over any defined period. Applicable limits are published in the relevant sport or game rules section of the Platform.

6.5 Casino and Slots. All casino games, including live dealer tables, slot machines, and crash games, are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or live dealing procedures from approved game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules are displayed within each individual game.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using babaje:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploitation must be reported to babaje immediately at [email protected].
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Attempting to circumvent babaje's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion restrictions.
• Using the Platform if you have self-excluded or if your account has been suspended or closed.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms.

A violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the babaje Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, icons, and data compilations — is the property of babaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of babaje.

10.1 babaje provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While babaje takes reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, babaje does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not babaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 babaje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

babaje collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data you provide is accurate. babaje uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information in transit and at rest.

12.1 babaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to babaje, other players, or third parties; or (d) a regulatory obligation requires babaje to do so.

12.2 Upon account closure, any genuine funds (i.e., deposited funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting babaje support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred prior to closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting babaje support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact babaje support at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) days for babaje to resolve the matter in good faith.

14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and babaje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver. babaje's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
